Returns and Refunds


We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items. If your item is faulty or not as described we will exchange it or refund it within 30 days. If you order the wrong item please email us immediately so we can change your order before dispatch. It may take 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the money.
*Please note that if you need to send an item back to us we won’t be able to refund the postage costs*

You just need these 3 things:

Your order ref.
We will also require proof of damage and packaging. (Please email us a photogragh)
The payment information used to purchase the goods.
Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.
